Return and exchange offer is only available within 7 working days of receipt of products.
1. Send us an email at fashionartdeco@gmail.com with the following details:- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product name and details (SKU, Color, Size)
- Date received:
- Return or exchange: via store credit or via product exchange. If via product exchange, please inform us of the product you wish to exchange it with. (store credit duration)
- Attach a photo of the product if damaged
3. Once we receive your email, we will check on the availability of the product you want to exchange it for. Please wait for our confirmation reply via email.
4. All marked down or sale items may not be returned or exchanges.
5. We make sure that each of our products are packed carefully in order to avoid any issues on damaged items. Should you encounter this, please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.
6. Kindly send your previously made purchase back to us within 7 days so we can ship the product you have chosen for exchange.
