How do I make a purchase?
Ordering your favorite Koket pieces is easy! Click on a product you wish to buy or browse through our collections. Once you have found something you love, click on “Add to cart”. You can continue browsing for more products. Once you’re ready to purchase, review items found on your shopping cart and proceed to check out.
What are your payment methods?
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Paypal (Credit Card & Debit Card): Credit and debit purchases are processed by Paypal. You may sign up for free or pay without needing to have a paypal account.
- Bank Deposit: We accept payments made via Bank Deposit. Please send the deposit slips to fashionartdeco@gmail.com. Payments can be made to these bank accounts:

Where do you ship and what is your timeline for deliveries?

My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Your shipping confirmation slip will be emailed to you which contains the tracking number and courier used to deliver your orders. You may click on the shipping link sent to track your purchase. If you are still unable to view your order’s status, please contact us at (02) 8834-7153.
I’m in a rush and want to receive my order ASAP. Is this possible?
Should you need orders to be received at a specific date, please contact us at fashionartdeco@gmail.com or call us at (02) 8834-7153. We will try our best to accommodate your orders but we cannot guarantee that this will be received on time. We can also accommodate your requests through our Rockwell store located at the 2nd floor, R1, Powerplant Mall, Amapola, Rockwell Center, Makati, 1210 Metro Manila
How long will my reservations be held?
Your reservations will be held for as long as 24 hours before we let go of it as our styles move fast.
Please confirm payment within this period.
Can I order online and pick up in the branch of my choice?
Yes, you may select “Pick up” during your checkout process.
How do I take care of my Koket Jewelry?
We do not recommended wearing your Koket jewelries when swimming, bathing or being exposed under the sun as these may stain and affect the condition of your jewelries. Proper storage like jewelry boxes and closed cushioned containers is highly recommended. Please read our care tips in this link: https://koketfashion.net/pages/care-tips
Can I see your products in person?
Yes, our flagship store is located at 2F Powerplant Mall Rockwell Center, Makati City. Should there be a specific item you’d like to view, please get in touch with us at fashionartdeco@gmail.com or (02) 8834-7153.
How can I change or cancel my order color/size/color?
Please send us an email with your order number and details of your request to fashionartdeco@gmail.com. We will send an order cancelation via email so you can make another order with the correct details.
